Institutional Management

Institutional Management

The college operates efficiently under a well-structured institutional management system, with clear documentation of vision, development plans, and action strategies. Key meetings, financial audits, and grievance redressal systems are in place to maintain high standards of governance.
1. Vision Document and Institutional Development
The college has a clearly outlined vision document and an institutional development plan, both of which are periodically reviewed and aligned with the goals of the institution. The implementation of these plans is supported by regular IQAC meetings, which have taken place four times since July 2023.
2. Financial Management
The college demonstrates prudent financial management, with an annual fund utilization rate of 51-70%. Periodic audits ensure transparency, and records indicate that all bills and advances are settled in a timely manner.
A priority system is in place for addressing grievances from students and staff. The college has separate grievance boxes for both groups, and no complaints have been received thus far.
