About the Department

The Department of Economics, Govt. College Una (H.P.) is functional since 1968. The students from various districts of Himachal Pradesh pursue graduate degree in economics in this department because of its excellent academic achievements. In ensuing academic session i.e. 2019-20 the department offers BA Economic Degree of Himachal Pradesh University with Choice Based Credit System under Rastriaya Uchattar Siksha Abhiyan. The students are taught theories of economics, Indian economic policies and are provided expertise in statistical tools.
