This part of report outlines the research, academic contributions, and professional development of the faculty members at the college, with a focus on their qualifications, participation in academic events, and scholarly outputs over the past three years.
Less than 50% of the faculty at the institution hold Ph.D. degrees. The college is working toward increasing this percentage to enhance the academic qualifications of its teaching staff.
2. Teachers as Research Guides
Two faculty members are actively working as research guides, contributing to the development of new research scholars in their respective fields.
30% of the faculty members have attended various academic enhancement programs over the last three years, including Orientation Programs, Refresher Programs, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and workshops of at least one week or more. This participation ensures that the faculty remains updated with the latest teaching and research methodologies.
There have been no projects, patents, fellowships, or associateships reported by the faculty in the past three years.
Faculty members have actively contributed to academic conferences over the last three years:
- Aman Sharma and Surender Singh each presented one research paper at international conferences.
- Surender Singh presented another paper at a national-level conference.
The institution has not organized any international, national, or state-level seminars, workshops, or conferences in the past three years.
The faculty has made significant contributions to academic literature:
- Dr. Arpit Sidhu published 6 research papers in Scopus/ABDC/WOS/UGC Care List Journals and received 200 citations for his work.
- Aman Sharma published one research paper in a non-UGC Care List journal.
There have been no special innovative ideas submitted or implemented by the teachers during the past three years.
